BACKGROUND

growing up Neil often competed with his siblings for their parent's affections, due to asthma problems and improper social behavior he wasnt accepted into the military. Neil met his partner during these tryouts, who introduced him to Devils headhunt - a company which hires humans to hunt monsters and supernatural. His partner also introduced him to the supernatural world, later the two became a bounty hunters duo. their overall performance ranks 4th in the whole company.
